I registered for a group of people. How can I share their e-tickets with them?
You can:
1) Give each person a printed copy of their e-ticket (PDF)
2) Email each person their unique e-ticket (PDF)
Why didn’t I get my e-ticket?
Hmm, there can be a couple of reasons… If someone else registered for you, they should have received your e-ticket via email and can share it with you.
If you registered yourself but did not receive an email with your e-ticket, please check your spam folder. If your email isn’t there, please contact us at info@heygirlfriends.org and one of our team members will be happy to help you.
I forgot my e-ticket. Will I be able to get it on-site?
